On behalf of all the staff at Dolphin Bay, I wish to extend our warm thanks to each one of our clients and suppliers for a constructive working relationship over the past year.
It was these partnerships that enabled us to overcome the challenges of 2013, finding the solutions that boosted your businesses and ours.
At the end of last year, we drew up a strategy for implementation this year, and we are pleased to announce that we were able to implement these plans successfully.
They included installing a treatment plant in Zambia, which has been a great success; expanding our exports to other African markets, including to Uganda; making our new product Permacure ACQ available to the industry; providing clients with innovative solutions to technical challenges, and improving our client service even further.
Our staff know that it is important to prioritise the needs of our clients above the traditional industry priorities. Our clients’ greatest need is to constantly refine the accuracy of treatment processes, so that no under- or over-treatment occurs, and to ensure that treatment operations run perfectly smoothly.
“We are proud of our customer service, but are improving this constantly,” says Bertus. “Our aim is to help customers to achieve greater accuracy all the time in the treatment process, and to become increasingly professional ourselves.
“We know that the way to become experts in our field is to do things over and over, and better every time.”
