Introducing Quadra rejigged
Taking our clients’ feedback to heart, we have upgraded Quadra to become even more efficient and user-friendly.
The upgrade incorporates almost every one of the suggestions that our clients have made, and is free to all of you who already have already bought Quadra.
The improvements include a drop-down menu that enables operators to select pre-determined values, each of which complies with SANS specifications, instead of typing in each value manually. This change helps to further eliminate possible operator mistakes.
We have also introduced a first-of-its-kind calculator that works out the volume of poles for treatment purposes. These calculations have always posed a huge challenge to treaters, as the tapered shape of the poles makes the calculations difficult
The calculator looks set to be a valuable tool for our industry, given that poles constitute a large proportion of the wood that is treated in South Africa.
Another new feature of Quadra is that treaters can now look up previous client orders for reporting purposes, in response to both clients’ queries and your own. Quadra has also been modified to accept the titration values that our Securus AT unit provides, linking these two digital systems.
Our sales representatives will be introducing the upgraded Quadra to our clients individually in the near future, and answering all your questions.
“The upgrade has given Quadra a completely new look and feel,” says Bertus. “We are thrilled to have made the programme so much easier for our customers to use.”
